Profile Cutting
Aluminium profiles are cut to each project's dimensions on a double-head mitre saw, at 45 degrees for mitred corners or 90 degrees for butt joints.

Corner Reinforcement
Corner cleats are inserted into the profile chambers and crimped, so the frame holds its shape under wind load and in transit.

Weather Seal Installation
EPDM gaskets are fitted into the profile grooves in one continuous run, avoiding joints at the corners where leaks start.

Glass Assembly
Insulated glass units are set on load-bearing blocks and secured with glazing beads, leaving clearance so the glass never bears directly on the frame.

Silicone Sealing
Silicone is applied around the glass perimeter and at the frame joints, then left to cure before the unit is moved.

Quality Inspection
Every unit is measured for size and squareness, and each sash is opened, closed and locked to confirm smooth operation.

Packaging
Units are wrapped in protective film with corner guards, then crated for sea freight and stood upright so nothing shifts in transit.

Shipment
Loaded to a container plan matched to your order, with customs and shipping documents prepared before departure.

Every unit is checked four times before it leaves the factory.

Incoming aluminium profiles, glass and hardware verified against your approved specification before production starts.

In-Process Inspection
Dimensions, corner strength and seal placement checked on the line during manufacturing.

Hardware & Operation Test
Every sash opened, closed and locked on the assembled unit to confirm smooth operation.

Final Inspection Before Packing
Finish, glass and completeness checked one last time before protective packaging.
Come See It Yourself
You're welcome to visit our Foshan factory and 1,500 m² showroom before you commit. Factory visits are arranged by appointment. Please give us at least 15 days' notice so we can schedule production-floor access.
