Do your windows meet U.S. and Canadian building codes?
It depends on the configuration and on your local code. We supply NFRC-certified options and provide the performance documentation and technical files you need for permit submission.
What is your lead time?
For North America, [15-30 days] after we receive your deposit and you approve the shop drawings. For Southeast Asia, [15-20 days] after order confirmation.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send physical samples before production starts.
How do you ship?
Direct to your port, warehouse or project site, with full customs paperwork. We can also split a large order into phased shipments.
Do you provide installation?
Installation manuals, technical drawings and video guidance come with every order. We have installation partners in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, and we can send our own technicians to larger projects elsewhere.
What does the warranty cover?
